These towers are available from 50 TR to 500 TR in Single Cell with or without FRP Basin. Multi cell design is used for higher capacity
FRP Cooling Towers Series DCT Premium works according to the counter flow design, the hot water is fed into the tower through a distribution system with main header and branch pipes and distributed through a full clog nozzle. The self-cleaning spray nozzles form a thin film over the largest possible surface area of the tower.The hot water travels through PVC Fills and the cold water is collected in a basin at the bottom of the tower. The axial flow Fan at the top, being directly driven by an extended threaded shaft motor exhausts the hot water out and sucks in natural air from all four sides of the tower through the air entry portion below the Fills. The cool air is forced in to counter with the hot water through the cooling media where the falling hot water transfers heat to the air by evaporation and mass contact.
